Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or personalized dresses. This includes select party dresses and custom-fit garments.

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the dress in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited

International Returns
