- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment)

Step 2: Wait for Approval
We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.
Step 3: Package Your Item
Securely pack the dress in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags attached
- In the original packaging

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item
- Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
Important Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Final sale items

- Select party dresses
- Custom-fit garments
International Returns
