  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment)

Step 2: Wait for Approval

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and your RMA number.

Step 3: Package Your Item

Securely pack the dress in its original packaging with all tags attached. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item
  • Your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) will be credited
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship your new item once the return is processed
